Alltalk after both teams get a comm

This is quite expected issue, not sure what to do about it.

After both teams get a comm, it will disable the alltalk.
If some team loses the comm...
Should it remain?
Should it reenable the alltalk?

Current behaviour will disable alltalk at the first time when both teams have a comm, and it will remain this way till start of the round...
