Compensate for the fixed Angle Modifier against vehicle MG.

BulletExplosiveResist 0.45->0.2
These values were there because Deflective had suffered the fact that Angle Modifier didn't work against vehicle MG (and angle modifier is the main strength of Deflective Armor)
Now that it is fixed, we no longer need these values.
